Faculty of Law, University of Medan Area (FH-UMA) held a webinar with the theme “Regional Regulations for the Covid Pandemic Period 19”. This activity was attended by Dr. Ibnu Sina Chandranegara, S.H., M.H who is the Vice Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of Muhammadiyah Jakarta and moderated by Muhammad Yusrizal Adi Syaputra S.H., M.H, a FH lecturer at the University of Medan Area, Monday (May 11, 2020) at 13:00 – 14:00 WIB.
The webinar was opened by the Dean of the Faculty of Law UMA Dr. Rizkan Zulyadi, SH, MH and attended by the Faculty of Law Functionaries namely the Dean of the Faculty of Law UMA, WD I Zaini Munawir, SH, M.Hum, WD III Ridho Mubara, SH, MH, Head of the Ika Khairunnisa Simanjuntak, SH, MH and Kabid Criminality Arie Kartika, SH, MH as well as lecturers and students from several universities joined as online seminar participants with 90 participants.
As long as this pandemic cannot be denied, there are many problems with the rule of law that have become problems in governance in regional regulations in the 19th Pademic period.
On this occasion Dr. Dr. Ibnu Sina Chandranegara, S.H., M.H was as a guest speaker conveying the function of regional regulations confronted with the concept of decentralization of regulating authority in business licensing schemes.
