In commemoration of the birth of Pancasila on June 1, 2020, during the Pandemic period
Covid 19 in Indonesia, UMA lecturer at the Faculty of Law Muhammad Yusrizal Adi Saputra, SH, MH became the moderator of the webinar organized by the Regional Management of the Association for the Law on Constitutional Law – Law (APHTN-HAN) of North Sumatra Province, Tuesday 2 June 2020. The theme The main theme in the webinar was to raise the “Main Theme:” Establishment of Pancasila and the Constitution in Saving Life Together “.

The National Webinar by the Management of APHTN HAN SU was opened by the Chairperson / Management of APHTN HAN SU through Video Conference via Zoom with approximately 300 participants from various government agencies and universities in North Sumatra.
Furthermore Prof. Dr. Guntur Hamzah, SH.MH from the Secretary General. The Indonesian Constitutional Court on that occasion conveyed Keynote Speech’s presentation “Constitutionality of Government Policy in the Era of the COVID-19 Pandemic”. Then it was continued by Hayyan Ulhaq, SH.LLM.Ph.D from UNH-Mataram FH academics with a presentation on “Establishment of Pancasila & the Constitution in Saving Life Together” and Prof. Topo Santoso, SH.MH.Ph.D from Professor of FH UI explained the Politics of Central and Regional Government Policies in the 19th Covid Pandemic Period after that was continued by Dr.Mirza Nasution, SH, M.Hum
from USU Faculty of Law Teachers from USU by Presenting the Resource “Government Regulations in Handling the Threat of National Life”, Pdt. Dr (HC) Willem TP.Simarmata from the DPD RI / MPR RI members on the topic “North Sumatra Provincial Government Policy in Facing Covid Pandemic 19” and Regional Secretary Prov. North Sumatra Dr.Ir.Hj. R Sabrina, M.Sc by describing “The Implementation of Pancasila in the Covid Handling Effort 19”.
The activity went smoothly and drew the attention of all participants on the keynote speech and the webinar resource so that the webinar was very interactive in the question and answer session guided by moderator Muhammad Yusrizal Adi Saputra, SH, MH from the HTN-HAN lecturer at the UMA Faculty of Law.
